Floorplans for you and yours
Up to a certain build stage, we give you the opportunity to choose the layout of the ground floor that works best for you*.
Would you prefer an open plan kitchen for entertaining guests, and a cosy living room? Or a larger living space looking out onto your garden with a more intimate kitchen? No problem. You can choose to house the kitchen at the front and the living room at the back, or vice versa. We’ll make whatever works best for you happen.

We believe garages encourage clutter and aren’t the best way to use space, which means all of our homes come with ample parking spaces, as standard. We provide a shed as standard t0 all 4 bed homes so you can choose to clutter or keep as a secret tranquil escape!!!
‘Lootility’
In most of our homes you’ll find a lootility, the unique space we’ve created to combine a downstairs toilet with a utility room.
By removing the washing machine and tumble dryer from the kitchen, and incorporating a lootility instead, you have a dedicated area to tackle laundry, and your kitchen will remain a stress-free space for your family and guests.

Put your own stamp on your bathroom by choosing from our range of tiles and flooring to create a sanctuary for rest and relaxation.
Upgrades
Appliances in the kitchen included as standard so no need for Upgrades!!!
